Oscars Gala Night

Everything started with the theme. We wanted something premium that gave Panasonic's team a real reason to switch off and celebrate, and that's where The Oscars Night came to life: recognition, entertainment, and glamour in a single idea.

From there, we designed, produced, and built the entire evening before a single guest arrived:

• The statues. We designed and produced custom Oscars-style statues that ran through the whole night, handed out as the award trophies, placed around the venue as décor, and standing at the photo backdrop.
• The full visual world. Every element was designed and produced in-house: the themed red-carpet backdrop and photo props, the on-screen presentation, the printed thank-you cards, and the overall mood, lighting, and ambiance that turned the room into the set.
• The AV and technical setup. We sourced, installed, and configured the full audio-visual backbone, sound, screens, and staging tech so the night ran without a hitch.
• The awards. We built the structure for both the service awards and the special awards, so every moment of recognition had its place in the programme.
• The engagement. We designed mini activities built specifically around Panasonic's goal for the night — not a generic icebreaker, but something tied to what they wanted their people to walk away feeling.
• The moments of appreciation. We planned the beats throughout the evening where the spotlight turned to the team.
• Venue, suppliers, and logistics. We coordinated directly with the host hotel, managed every supplier, handled installation, and prepared setup, tables, and full event management all mapped down to the detail.

On the night, our team delivered the full experience end-to-end:

Guest arrival — A warm welcome from our on-ground team set the tone the moment people walked in.

Red carpet moments — A themed red-carpet backdrop flanked by two Oscars statues, with props on hand, gave guests a paparazzi-style photo moment as they arrived.

Lead emcee and stage management — Our lead emcee guided the room through announcements, awards, and entertainment, keeping the programme tight and the energy up.

The awards ceremony — Service awards and special awards handed out on a premium Oscars-inspired stage, each given its own moment.

The engagement activities — A high-energy moment that broke the ice and kept the atmosphere lively.

Moments of appreciation — Planned beats that turned the spotlight onto Panasonic's people and made the recognition land.

Photography and videography — Full coverage of the evening, capturing every key moment from the red carpet to the final award.

Technical production — Our team ran the AV live throughout, keeping sound, screens, and staging seamless from the first cue to the last.
